Football & Marching Season Volunteer Opportunities

Bus Chaperones - Are you interested in ensuring that our students are hydrated and any minor injuries are tended to? Are you willing to ride the bus and take attendance? Then being a bus chaperone is for you! 1-2 chaperones per bus are needed on game days and competitions.  Volunteers can sign up weekly via SignUp Genius.

Pit Crew - Do you want to be up close with the band and don't mind moving around and being active? Do you plan on attending most football games and competitions? Then join the Pit Crew! They will help move Front Ensemble percussion instruments and electronic equipment for the band's Marching Show at football games and competitions. Pit Crew is extremely important during football and marching season and enables our band students to focus on their performance and not moving equipment. You will also have a front row seat to all performances!
  • Dedicated Pit Crew contact Jamie Locklin for more information.
  • Rotating Pit Crew volunteers can sign up weekly via SignUp Genius.

Prop Crew - Help get the props on the field at half-time and during competitions. Enjoy the view and experience of being down on the field with the band. Contact Jamie Locklin for more information. .
